Since 2007, Finca Santa Isabel grows its coffee 100% organic, convinced that a healthier environment better expresses its originality.
We begin by choosing the varieties that best adapt to our land and fully express their characteristics. Planting is done at distances that allow proper interaction with light and soil, along with natural covers and shade trees that are inhabited by a diversity of insects, birds and animals.
Compost ... originates from the word composure. We elaborate this organic fertilizer in order to provide the nutrients and biology that allow the plantation to be healthy and vigorous.
Each batch of coffee is assigned a traceability number, listing the farm´s section, variety of coffee and humidity. It is tasted with great care for its classification. Subsequently, mixtures are made where the sum gives a better result than each individual batch of coffee.
